And H.B. 523 - the new Ohio medical marijuana law allows people with certain medical conditions to purchase and use medical marijuana. Understand the new law and the steps employers need to take to protect the workplace.
Smaller to medium employers are most at risk to have an effective program in place but, more likely to employee substance abusing employees. Individuals who can’t adhere to a drug-free and medical marijuana workplace policy seek employment at companies that don’t have one, and the cost of just one error caused by an impaired employee can devastate your business.
The good news is that there are steps businesses can take to minimize the risks of worker use, and todays' presentation will provide the information.
