Solon HR Roundtable is a forum for Human Resource professionals to learn best practices and from each other. Open discussion is encouraged. 


Topic: Legal Aspects of Recordkeeping 
Facilitators: Tami Hannon, Mazanec, Raskin & Ryder, Gideon Oswitch, Stride Tool

A discussion of recordkeeping and supervisors.  HR knows what records we need and why, but getting supervisors on board isn't always easy.  This presentation would discuss common objections and how to get around those issues from a legal aspect (Tami Hannon) and a HR perspective (Gideon Oswitch).


About the Speakers -  Tami Z. Hannon - Ms. Hannon is a Partner at Mazanec, Raskin & Ryder. She has worked extensively in state and federal courts defending governmental entities, their employees and elected and appointed officials from allegations of constitutional violations and improper conduct.  Tami also works with public and private employers to address day-to-day employment issues that may arise.  In addition to providing employment consulting and litigation services, she provides timely and personalized training in various employment matters.
