The Inside Sales Associate reports directly to the SpeedPro Imaging studio owner and is primarily responsible for driving studio growth.  This is a full-time, early career position where you will be empowered to make decisions, execute programs and achieve results. You will also have the opportunity to develop new fundamental processes and initiatives; therefore, this role is best suited for someone that is interested in getting in on the ground floor and growing alongside the business.  Previous Sales Experience is preferred but candidates with a Retail or Call Center background who want to make the step up to a more sales oriented role will be considered.
Primary Roles and Responsibilities:
40% lead generation activities via proactive (including phone) campaigns
15% Customer service and client follow-up calls
15% Order entry / work flow
10% Internet-based networking and ‘touch’ campaigns
10% Website & Social media account management
10% Miscellaneous (i.e., networking events, general help in the studio, etc.)
Core Functions:
·         Partner with management to acquire leads and progress them via qualification
·         Drive a variety of lead development initiatives including list building and data mining programs, with the goal of scheduling client appointments
·         Participate in sales and marketing functions (networking events, studio tours, meet-and-greet events, etc.)
·         Manage and utilize proprietary CRM (customer relationship management) system to track calls,  and meetings to prospective and existing customers
·         Manage entire sales process from telemarketing to estimating and closing deals
·         Execute a strong prospecting approach including audience segmentation, call scripting, and reporting
·         Attend client meetings / events as appropriate. (this position may require the occasional off-hours or weekend commitment)
Other Required Skills:
·         ‘Sales curious’ (constantly asking questions to learn about the customer with a desire to build relationships and fully understand their business needs)
·         Strong communication and listening skills
·         Professional Phone skills
·         The ability to adapt sales style to a particular customer
·         Highly motivated with a great attitude; a desire to help others via an engaging personality
·         Professionalism, confidence, and willingness to roll-up sleeves and drive results
Ideal candidates will also possess:
·         1+ year of prior inside sales experience
·         Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree
Compensation and Benefits:
·         $28,000 to $32,000 annual salary (based on experience)
·         Monthly bonus plan
·         Paid Vacation
